Wallearn is an AI-powered expense tracking service that allows users to:

• Track expenses via WhatsApp, Telegram (text, images, or voice notes)
• Automatically categorize expenses using AI
• View analytics and insights through a web dashboard
• Export expense data in CSV or PDF format

3. User Accounts

To use Wallearn, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is offered on a subscription basis:

• Monthly subscription fee: ₹99/month (approximately $1.20 USD)
• 20-day free trial period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided only for unused portions of the current billing period

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Provide accurate expense information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. AI Accuracy and Limitations

While our AI strives for accuracy, categorization may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any misclassified expenses. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Wallearn are owned by Wallearn Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wallearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala.
